King, Kingdom, and Kingdom People: A Theology of the Hebrew Bible
by Kyle Rapinchuk with Dusty Deevers
Synopsis: King, Kingdom, and Kingdom People explores Old Testament theology through the Tanak ordering of the Hebrew Bible. Beginning with a brief prologue on the story of Scripture and an introduction on some of the presuppositions with which we approach the Bible, the authors then explore the Law (Pentateuch), Prophets (Former and Latter), and Writings with a distinctly Christian lens that sees Jesus as the one faithful Israelite who is the message and promised Messiah of the Hebrew Bible.
